It's going good for Whit with her clothign line and the successfu l MTV show The City , but now she has her first real bump on the road. She is beeing sued by designer Adrienne Baravetto. A lawsuit filed by designer Adrienne Baravetto, who claims she helped Port design and launch her line (then called Eve & A) starting in 2007 . Baravetto alleges she had an oral agreement with Port and her father , including a $80,000 yearly salary plus a 25 percent stake in the company. Baravetto also alleges that she did virtually all the design work and that the Ports haven’t paid her a dime. Port’s lawyer Michael A. Taitelman tells PEOPLE : “The lawsuit that Adrienne Baravetto filed on March 19, 2010 against Whitney Eve, Inc., Whitney Port and others regarding the Whitney Eve clothing line is baseless and without merit. Whitney Port is, and always has been, the designer of Whitney Eve. Baravetto worked for Whitney Eve for a short period of time ending in early 2008...

Vogue har valt sin "Best Dressed"-lista för 2009 . Och många hade man väl förväntat sig på lista så som: Emma Watson, Oliva Palermo, Alexa Chung och Leighton Meester . Mest förvånad är jag över att Lady Gaga handmade på listan, förstå mig inte fel, jag älskar hennes crazy outfits, men kunde aldrig tro att de skulle ha med henne. Sen även Beth Ditto . Three years ago I heard that Teen Vogue in Los Angeles was looking for interns, so I went along to the offices and presented myself, and they were, like , ‘Yes, there is an opening, but you need to know that it will involve being filmed by MTV. Would that be a problem?’ To be honest, I just really wanted to work at Teen Vogue , so I said, ‘Sure, no problem!’ As well as the job interview, I had to do a screen test, and luckily it was a yes from the Teen Vogue editor and a yes from MTV . It was only when I turned up for my first day at work and saw Lauren Conrad [star of the hit reality show Laguna Beach] sitting at the desk opposite me that I realised what I had signed up for and that I had walked into a part on her new show The Hills . Don´t think that the reporter did a good job :/ It’s not a secret that reality shows do not always match the reality. How do you feel about your portrayal on the show? I know that people who watch the show tend to feel like they know me, but there’s a lot more to me beyond what you see on The City. I don’t think that the 10 minutes of screen time I get every week can really give anyone a true sense of what I’m like as a person. Whether its negative or positive, I think what you see of me on the show is a very limited aspect of my life and my personality. You and Whitney don’t seem to interact much this season – what are your relationships really like? Now that Whitney and I don’t work together, we don’t get to see each other all that much. We’re both really busy with work and trying to keep up with our lives outside of the show, but when we do run into each other ...

Nya tjejen Roxy i The City (Whitney Port´s kompis), sökte jobb hos Kelly Cutrone på People´s Revolution i New York . Vi fick se anställningsintervjun, där hon bl.a. klankar ner på sin f.d. arbetsgivare Rachel Zoe ... Jag blev förvånad, och inte bara jag, för kort efter avsnittet twittrade folk till Rachel och frågade om Roxy verkligen jobbat för henne . SURPRICE... Rachel började twittra... Så, nu har jag sett både första avsnittet av The City och The Hills . Jag kan nu säga att jag tror att siffrorna kommer fortsätta att rasa för The Hills, för Kristen gör bara ett sådant osympatiskt intryck och man bara stör sig på henne, vilket medöfr att man inte alls blir glad av att titta på serien :/ Fast snygg är hon. Och The City . .hmm. . ja, jag stör mig mer och mer på Whitney, Olivia är amazing som alltid, men jag saknar killarna, d.v.s. t.ex. Alex . Without Lauren Conrad, the Hills ratings when it comes to viewers falls dooown. 30% less people saw the premiere episode on tuesday comparing to last season. Whitney Port´s the City raised to the occasion though. The ratings went up by 43% comparing to last season. All the Kristen Cavallari drama didn´t help, when Lauren is gone. What do you think? Jag har sååå mycket att göra. Välja ut vilka kurser och klasser jag ska gå på Uni denna terminen. Just nu verkar det bli ganska mycket från mina anglistik studier. Därtill börjar alla bra serier nu: One Tree Hill, Gossip Girl, 90210 (undrar om Donna kommer vara med mer) , Americas Next Top Model, Project Runway, Biggest Loser , Desperate Housewives, The Dollhouse, Glee, Melrose Place, Svenska Hollywoodfruar , The City, The Hills. Behöver jag fortsätta? Från att förra året ha gått från att inte titta på typ nada, så kollar jag nu på ALLT ..typ. Ja utom Greys Anatomy, True Blood och Simpsons typ. What do you think about it? I meen clothes that are supposted to be casual . I have some pair of shirts and one skirt that I adore, but to the skirt I like to have a longer tee, so all my underwear won´t be so public. But what do you think about Lauren´s dress? I think it is too much. Don´t like it really :/ I don´t think it looks good when you see it all.. Btw if you didn´t know, The Hills and The City has seasonpremiere one after another on 29th of September. Don´t miss it! without Lauren Conrad though :( Kristen Cavalleri takes her place.
