Vicky M- Spontan, shopping- & killgalen (fast jag inte förstår varför egentligen, jag tycker att jag är ganka normalt killintresserad ..hehe… som alla andra typ. Självsäker och impulsiv. We had this assignment to make an interview, and write it for our business english course at Malmö University. First my plan was to make one with Kevin Prince Boateng . I had the perfect  structure in my head, but that went down the drains when our Prof told us it should be something more career-oriented, so then my dear friend Andréa Lukic was the perfect candidate :) Here's the result: Zoran Lukic is almost a legend in the Swedish football world,  so you can imagine that a life as his daughter, who wants to make herself a name in the industry, can not have been easy. Especially when people always refer to you, not by your name, but as “Zoran Lukic daughter which tries to go in her father’s footsteps, and in this way, make a career for herself”. Probably one of Marc Jacob´s last collections for Louis Vuitton t he Fall/Winter 2011. Check the commentary from the models and the runway out that makes Karolina Kurkova wanna find someone to kill ;) A new video of behind the scenes footage from Louis Vuitton’s fall show just surfaced. Since it may be one of the last with Marc Jacobs at the helm, it’s worth watching. That, and the models have a lot to say. Only Marc could wrangle a cast including legends like Carolyn Murphy, Naomi Campbell , Stella Tennant and Kate Moss. On the last episode of Project Runway , Nina Garcia was the client that the designers had to dress. On the consultation she wore this amazing blouse, in which I though she looked marvellous. So I tweeted her asking who it was. Nina answered that the blouse was Preen (F/W ´11) . Of course I needed to do some reasearch to share with you guys :) Preen is Justin Thornton (1969) and Thea Bregazzi (1969). They met at the age of 18, at Isle of Man (UK) while taking an art foundation course. However the duo - and couple - did not start designing together before years later. After graduating Thornton designed for Helen Storey´s innovative collection "Second Life" while Bregazzi worked in styling. In 1996 Storey asked Thornton and Bregazzi both to consult on her upcoming autum/winter collection. And so it began.
