Oh, I had such lovely 3 days there :) When I arrived in St. Moritz I met up with Guzzi, James and some fried of their's in the centre of St. Moritz, by the Hemmingway's for a apertif on the terrace. St. Moritz is quite dead right now, it is really between seasons, but the sun was shining and the weather was really nice. The weiss-sauer they served me tasted like shit though. In the middle of everything the sun disappeard and it started to snow/hale..haha... After a while we went to visit Sonja at Davidoff (she is the boutique chef), we decided that we will go and buy some stuff when she is finished, because a dinner at home was on the calender.
So me, James and Guzzi went to Centa Bar. Like 5 glasses of Prossecco later Sonja arrived, already with a Coop-bag in her hand, so we drank two more prosseccos before we headed to Pontresina to make some dinner, but with a quick stop at Mariucha, for a bottle of white wine and a Martini Bianco. But finally, we made it home :P Me and Sonja made a lovely, but hot wok with aubergine, zuccini, carrots, red currypaste and some veal fillets. Of course 2 bottles of really nice red wine and half of a bottle with white wine we got down too :D We went to bed like midnight, all of us were totaly dead. St. Moritz and Pontresina is 2850m above sea level, so it is quite a climate change.
