Mitt vänstra ben har typ gett upp. Överträning. Dr. Wang sa jue till mig i förra veckan att ta det lugnt... Den påbörjade bristningen i vaden har gått upp igen :/ Detta resulterade i att det var svårt att göra alla ballet-rörelserna idag på Ballet Fusion :/ Sedan har vi baklåret (samma ben) där har jag en bristnig/sträcking sedan lång tid tillbaka, som typ går upp lite då och då, och voíla!
Och iom dessa två "skador" så får jue knäet jobba extra hårt, så det gör skitont det med och en knästöd har jag fått ha de senaste dagarna. Sedan har vi det högra benet, där jag dragit av ledbandet i fotleden för 1,5år sedan, och det tar mucho tid att läka, så det blir automatiskt att kroppen belastar vänster ben extra mycket för att slippa undan från den högra ankeln.Efter ballet fushion idag dök Andreas upp för sitt pass med Funktionell Styrka och direkt säger han "Bangar du eller?"..haha... Njae, nu var det jue inte så, tänkte egentligen köra det passet med, men kände på baletten att jag kunde glömma det...
Så blir nog en välbehövlig paus, träningspaus för mina benmuskler medan jag är i Polen. Påtvingad paus, för annars hade jag aldrig gjort det...
