I am loving the look of colored coats as shown at Celine and Nina Ricci. Another strong outerwear choice for fall is obviously a leather jacket, only this season instead of going for a classic black option, I recommend trying an updated take on the trend, like a hot red or distressed brown style. The same goes for blazers—see the timeless silhouette with new eyes and play with unexpected textures of velvet and lamé.

Now, no discussion of outerwear would be complete without mentioning a few faux fur styles, so as a final styling tip for today, I urge you to incorporate either a faux fur coat or fuzzy vest into your fall roundup.
