2nd time was already MUCH better

Increadible. 2nd bikram yoga time was already like 200% better than the first time. I didn´t feel like puking, I wasn´t feeling dizzy until like really at the end and everything was much easier :) And of course 90 minutes of sweating is always nice ;) Maybe beacause I had my new bought lovely purple yoga mat :P
It rained a bit during class, but when I´d showered and so on it was already clear, not that crazy as in Stockholm and other parts of Sweden.
So have any of you tried it, bikram yoga?
