Minns ni när jag förra året skrev om att göra slut med en kompis? Vet inte om ni förstått, men jag har ej umgåtts med denna personen alls sedan dess. Oki, vi har setts lite då och då på samma fester eller så, plus bytat ett par ord via mail eller Facebook, men inget mer. Sedan i onsdags på Psychopartyt kom hon fram och hälsa medan jag stod och snacka med en gemensam killkompis till oss (som typ inte ville låta mig vara i fred under halva kvällen och som berättade att han läser min blogg..hahaha...). Well, iaf så vände jag mig om, pusshälsade på henne, frågade hur läget va, och vände mig åter om för att snacka med killen.

Sedan såg inte jag mer av henne den kvällen, fast jag var jue ganska upptagen, då jag kände typ hälften av allt folk som var där, plus att jag ett antal timmar bara var med en person. Men iaf, det roliga är att jag idag när jag gick ut på Facebook, tänke se vad hon skrivit för status eller så, d.v.s. om hon skvit något om psychopartyt...vad möts jag av? Att hon plockat bort mig från sin vännerlista. Say what? Hur patetiskt är inte det? Och det roliga är att jag inte ens fattar varför. Ville hon att jag skulle umgås med henne där or what?

Jaja, inte så interessant kanske, men jag tyckte det var ganska roligt..haha...

Ikväll är det iaf Matrosen Nacht på Weekender, där Daisy är en av DJ:sen i Shake´N´Pop, innan dess ska vi ses och fira Magda lite som fyller åt, så blir nog en riktigt nice kväll :D

Stamser Abschlussball + others

So guys. I am beeing so busy. So much is happening right now, that I don´t even have time to go on Facebook, and that is really crazy!

Busy day, and change of plans

So this day was like epic..haha.. So much to do, and so 5 hours University... And we got so much homework!

Tomorrow Ania comes from Poland. And the exchange student that will stay for a week too, Natalia. I need to finish cleaning, or tidy up my room tonight.

Thereto I have a problem, the dinner on sunday... I can´t find ready cordon bleu anywhere :/ So maybe I´ll need to change my menu plans...which I´m not that happy about. We´ll see, I´ll look for it tomorrow too.

It's payback time!

About half of the fucking night they played this fucking PS3, like until 3 in the morning. And then I fell asleep, and early in the morning the idiots started again!! But now they are sleeping so my flat screen is going full sound on Deluxe Music channel. Well, I know that this is bitchy, but I can't help it...

But know it is time for me to clean up before I go to my english, french and russian.

Today I'm wearing a striped top by Ralph Lauren, Zara shorts and a Diane von Furstenberg jacket with Salvatore Ferragamo shoes and a Lulu Frost necklace.

Today I have on a dress by Roni over a Club Monaco top with a Topshop belt and tights. My bag is Valentino, my boots are by Baker and my bracelets are all vintage.

Not a fan of this outfit I must say... But I loved the one above :)

Bloggtorka light

Vilken dag. Jag har för det första lätt bloggtorka..sorry. Jonas har haft kompis över sedan ett par dagar tillbaka och de spelar något jävla PS3 spel och han skiker typ hela tiden, vilket är skitstörigt och man tror han är dum i huvudet. För ingen av hans kompisar beter sig så, jag undrar vad de tänker när han håller på så??

Har varit på Uni idag sedan iväg med Daisy på en drink (eller 3), vilket alltid är trevligt att snacka lite boys och dylikt :) Käkade sparris, grön och vit...fast hela rätten var så översaltad, så den typ inte gick att käka... Vet dock ärligt talat inte varför jag var så "hövlig" idag och inte skickade tillbaka maten. Jag brukar jeu typ alltid skicka tillbaka allt, främst mina Cosmopolitans, för att folk gör alla möjliga konstiga blandningar. Sist fick jag jordgubbspurée i den!!! OMG liksom!

Crazy thoughts...

Well, I don´t know if I already told you, but I am moving out from my sharing appartment in july. And I´m searching for a 2-room appartment. But today I spoke to my dad, or he wrote me an email, when I told him that I don´t wanted to share with someone anymore (well, I didn´t told my parents that before), so he wrote me back if it is not better that we buy me an appartment, instead of reanting one and pay the silly rent prices that we have here in Innsbruck.

So now I will check that out, how it will look like if we want to buy a 3-room appartment here :D And why 3 rooms? Because then you can rent one room out, and get some money in ;)

Exchange student coming to me for a week

Innsbruck goes International. So there are psychology students from Poland, Greece, Denmark, the Netherlands, Czech Republic and Italy coming. And I am one of the hosts. She comes on friday (same as Ania), and are staying for a week. And the scheduel we got is quite intensive.

On sunday it is time for a so called Running Dinner (3-course), where the exchange students go to different appartments for every course (they are divided into groups of 4).

So I don´t really know what to do. Well for the main course it will probably be a Cordon Bleu with mashed potatoes and a mushroom sauce, and veggies. And for dessert a Bailey´s parfait on a ananas mark. But for the entre? Soup? I though about aspargus soup... Do you have any ideas?

Han/Hon är vinnaren av "Anna Anka söker Assistent"

Enligt uppgift har vinnaren av Anna Anka´s ännu pågående tv-show "Anna Anka söker Assistent" pratat bredvid mun och därmed avslöjat sig själv som vinnaren av tv-showen, samt Anna Anka´s nya assistent.

För ca 2 veckor sedan vistades nämligen denne person på en känd nattklubb i Stockholm och använde sig där flitigt av sin nya titel i hopp om att få VIP-treatment. Tydligen ska han/hon ha pratat vitt och brett om sin triumf och hade uppenbarligen inte en tanke på att just en sådan grej, kan få honom/henne diskad. Nu vet jag jue inte vad som står i deras kontrakt, men en diskning är jue möjlig. Det som dock förvånar mig mer är att personen som vunnit är i Sverige och inte jobbar åt Anna redan...hmm.. konstigt eller?

I´m alive :P

So, Jennifer and Ida came over yesterday, we drank some Sekt and drinks, played some games and headed to Stadtcafé and Hofgarten. It was a really nice evening, but with too much drinking.

In the morning I wasn´t feeling that good. My boss called me at 12 and asked if I could work tonight. Then 30 minutes later Guzzi and Sonja from St. Moritz calls and says that they are in Innsbruck, and that I have one hour to meet up with them ´cause we are going to lunch at Europastüberl (Innsbruck´s only 5 star hotel). So, it was only for me to go puke (because as I felt, there was no way I would manage to get out, without emting myself first). It was really nice, but of course with quite much drinking. First champagne as apperetif, then red wine to the food, and then marillenschnaps afterwards, before we went on to a café in the centre. And more wine... Then we went to Dom Café and there I only drank one Bailey´s, before I needed to head home for a quick change and then work.

But my boss called and said that I can come later, so I drove back to centre and met up with Sonja and Guzzi in 5th Floor where another 2 pina coladas were consumed before I drove to work. And then at work they people like forced me to shot with them, 2 Jägermeisters and one frangelino, so I am really happy that I am lying in my bed now..haha...

It really was a great day today :)

How to make Bailey´s Ice Cream

Well, it is not the easiest thing. Why? Because most of us wants to have more Bailey´s in than in the prescription, and because of the alcohol in Bailey´s, the ice cream won´t be "hard". So here is my way of doing it:

ca 4 portions

4 egg-yellows
2 egg-whites
200g sugar
400ml whipping cream
400ml milk (1,5% is the best to use)
150ml Bailey´s

Beat the 4 egg-yellows with the 2 egg-whites and the sugar until it is fluffy. Heat the whipping cream & milk (it shall not cook). Add the egg mixture and stir until it slightly thickens. Then put it in a icebath and stir until it becomes cold. Now add the Bailey´s, stir. Pour it in cups and put it in the fridge for a minimum of 4 hour. After 30 minutes, stir all the cups one more time to mix the ice cream mixture once again, then let it be in the fridge for the rest of the time.

And then I need to appologize for my cooking english, I don´t really know the right phrases for it all, but I hope you´ll understand what to do anyways :)

And of course you can make variations by putting in some chocolate chips or banana pieces in it :)

How to Use everything properly

So, how many of you would know what to do sitting on a Noble dinner? It's not that hard really, once you've learnt it, you will like always remember. This is the easy version, because from my view, there are missing like 2 glasses and one knife at least, one spoon,. Then normally you will get all the plates served with food, except the bread plate, but this can alos be brought in togheter with the bread basket. And another easy way to go when it comes to the silverware, you start from outside and go in towards the plate.xoxo,

Today I'm wearing... a black suspender skirt by Club Monaco, shoes by Charlotte Olympia, a Cos sweater, a blouse by Rebecca Taylor, a Chanel bag and a vintage bracelet.

Oki, don´t know what is happening, but this is another outfit that I don´t love. I think it is too much colors. I like the shirt and the sweater, but the blouse is not a hit, would look much better with a white one, and then the red Chanel. A black one or something. Not found of the red.

Hur svårt kan det vara?

Ja, Madeleiene och Jonas är sk. hårt styrda, de får ibte bryta sin förloving innan Victoria´s bröllop har gått av stapeln, men jag menar hur svårt kan det vara? En ring på fingret betyder väl inget, är jue bara att bita ihop och vänta tills efter bröllopet och då göra slut/bryta förlovningen offentligt, eller? Fattar inte all denna uppståndelse. Oki, sen att hon kanske inte kan hångla offentligt med sin nya "vän" Henrik Lundqvist är jue en sak, men det kan väl inte heller vara så svårt? Det handlar jue om 3 månader för Guds skull.

Eller vad säger ni om all denna uppståndelse runt kungahuset?

Känns som om det finns viktigare saker att lägga tidningsutrymme på, som t.ex. vulkanutbrottet på Island, som medför att Sverige får stänga hela sitt luftrum. Tänk sikken katastrof det hade varit för mig om det hänt i måndags?! Om jag inte hade kunnat ta mig hem till Innsbruck till på tisdag, vilket hade inneburit att mina språkkurser troligtvis hade gått åt helvete då jag troligtvis inte får missa en enda lektion till för att få ut ett betyg.

Självklart har denna händelse också med svenska kungahuset att göra, för om luftrummet hinner stängas, så kan detta äventyra vårt kungahus närvaro vid danska drottning Margarethe´s 70 års fest.

SOULMATE.. It´s scary, but true...

I believe that we all have one soulmate on earth. And that we will meet him or her sometime in life. But I also believe that it is not sure that we will end up with our soulmate, but we will know who it is. And there will never be anyone else that makes us feel that way. Your daily Olivia Palermo Outfit - 14th april

Today I'm wearing a leather jacket and shirt from Topshop - the skirt is Topshop Unique. My bracelet and rings are vintage and the necklace and bag are also from Topshop. My shoes are Zara.

Another outfit that I don´t really like. Leather on leater, too much. and the neckless is too much to that messy shirt, and way to likely when it comes to the colors. But well, that is my opinion. What do you think?
