Karlie Kloss' outfit removed from the VS Fashion Show broadcast

Huge controversy about Karlie Kloss' Native-American outfit during the Victoria's Secret Fashion Show filmed on Wednesday. So now Victoria's Secret appologizes and will remove the outfit from the broadcast (airing December 4th). Can anyone tell me why it is offensive? I mean the outfit?
